'Tis me again. Greetings!
First up - I've tried the earlier version of gncash (1.8.10) but it
can't/won't parse my data file.
Second, I've tried establishing a new account, and it seems thus far to
behaving itself, and displaying 2007 entries.

Question: Is it possible for me to export all accounts with transactions
from the old data file to a new one? This could be the answer.

regards, and thanks for your valuable help.
