The Since Last Run dialog (SLR) is the *only* way SXes get created.
By this I mean the {Actions > Scheduled Transactions > Since Last Run...}
action; there is also a Preference to invoke this dialog when a file is
opened iff the dialog is needed based on the state of the SXes.
In fact, if one checks that "create automatically" checkbox in the Scheduled
Transaction (SX) editor, the transaction *still* won't be created until the
Since Last Run dialog is invoked. The checkbox only affects if the
transaction will be created with (out) user review in the SLR dialog.
There's basically 3 cases:
- no SXes to create at all: info dialog will state this.
- only auto-create SXes to create: the SLR dialog will not appear, but only
an info dialog stating "N transactions automatically created".
- both auto- and normal-to-create SXes: the SLR dialog will show both, with
the auto-create already created, and the others presented for user
interaction.
(- no auto-create SXes: SLR dialog shows them.)
