Spending Category Report

   GC 2.2.1 works fine for me but I almost always have trouble trying to get
usable reports - especially at year ends. For Example, I've been trying to
get totals for year, by category, of expenses for a rental unit we own
(Quicken: "How much did I spend on..."). Seems like should go from
"Income/Expense" report to "cash flow", selecting accounts (property taxes,
plumbing, utilities, supplies, gardening, etc., with totals) for the year
but when I try that I get the totally useless:

Is there hope?
