gnucash crashes on open due to missing custom report

Sure, it would be better if there were a way to remove a Custom Report
from the UI, and an RFE for THAT (or better yet, a patch that implements
it!) would be fine.

But any user that goes and modifies state files, regardless of their
development knowledge, is at risk of corrupting their data or the
system as a whole.
