Derek,

This problem did not arise from me modifying my state file, it came
from me modifying my saved-reports file -- which I was told by josh,
is the approved way of removing unwanted custom reports.

 I agree with your statement about manually editing a state file this
is why I consider it a UI bug that a user is forced to manually edit
the saved reports file to remove an unwanted custom report not an
enhancement.
