Issues with screen redraw on XP

I have this behavior as well.  I am also on XP.

I also have seen this, but it's pretty rare and I never figured out a 
pattern that causes it to manifest.

Another "redraw" issue I've seen is that sometimes when I open an 
account I get a thin "double line" between all transactions, but as soon

as I edit and existing or start a new transaction, it collapses down to 
the regular "single line". On accounts with more than a full screen of 
transactions, things redraw fine, but on screens with less than a full 
screen, they don't and I end up with "phantom" transactions showing.
