Help with Multi-currency Report

Hi

Does anyone have experience of multi-currency reports?

I have setup a chart of accounts with two currencies where the sub level 
accounts have a further level splitting into the two currencies
for example: expenses-housing-gas(GBP) and expenses-housing-gas(EUR)

I have then setup the Currencies under PRICES for both EUR->GBP and GBP->EUR

But when I run a report (eg: Cash Flow Report), it converts all accounts by 
EUR->GBP conversion value, so even my expenses-housing-gas(EUR) account has 
been multiplied up!

Really hoping someone can help!
