Gnucash access to internet when starting up

Hi Nathan,

Sorry for the delay in replying.

I've taken a look at the bug report and notice that the bug has been 
resolved and a patch has been released to fix the problem.

Do you know when the patch will be available for Windows?

With reference to comment #106, The DNS servers are those of my ISP. I 
obtained this info from ipconfig -all as ipstat didn't work on my machine.

I haven't managed to sus out ethereal yet. I'm running it on my wireless 
laptop and it can't find any network traffic. That's something I'll have 
to look into. If the fix for Windows isn't too far off I'll wait and see 
if the problem's fixed.
