Gnucash 2.2.6 doesn't build on Ubuntu 8.04

This looks like a GTK bug, not a GnuCash bug.  GnuCash includes
gtk/gtk.h, which includes gtkcolorsel.h, which includes gtkvbox.h,
which doesn't exist.

So look at your Gtk installation.
