Gnucash 2.2.6 doesn't build on Ubuntu 8.04

Interesting. The first time I went looking for missing files (before I
posted to the mail list) I thought I found gtkvbox.h
in /usr/include/gtk-2.0/gtk/ where it belongs. 

In fact, upon checking again, what I found was gtkvbbox.h

I'll go bother some Ubuntu devs.
