Year to date budgeting report

Maybe I should have asked for "create" with respect to the existing reports
because hopefully I had overlooked the specific report and options that
would produce it. I will conclude that the answer to that question is no.

I guess I'll need to do some of that Simple Matter of Programming stuff.
