GnuCash Latest and Greatest for Ubuntu

To get OFX direct to work, I had to install libofx-dev from Gutsy.
Then I compiled libchipcard3-3.0.4, aqbanking-2.3.3, and finally
gnucash-2.2.5 from scratch.
