savings report layouts

Hi Derek,

I'd like to save my multi-column report as a custom report. The faq here 
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Q:_I.27d_like_to_write_my_own_custom_reports._Where_should_I_start.3F 
  says to use the File->Add Report option but this option is always 
greyed out.

I'm using v2.2.3 on Windows XP.

Any suggestions?
