I note that this question is marked as fixed in bugzilla, but 10.3 continues
to act "broken" in this regard. I don't know whether this is because the fix
hasn't been propagated as a patch or wether the fix doesn't work.
I've asked, too, whether this is fixed in the alpha release for OpenSuse 11.
At this point, it's up to us as OpenSuse KDE users to batter away at OpenSuse
to finally fix this problem, especially when this has been raised to Suse's
attention last year. I'll do my part.

Probably. This is in the really annoying but not ready to switch distros
category for me right now.
