Broken in 2.2.4

Hi,

A couple of things that worked in 2.2.3 are now broken in 2.2.4.

1. When you click the Reconcile button to reconcile a bank account the 
reconcile window opens immediately followed by the Interest Payment 
window even though the option 'Automatic interest transfer' option in 
the Reconcile section of the Register tab in Preferences is not checked.

There is a button, 'No Auto Interest Payments for this Account' that you 
can click which stops the interest transfer window from opening on 
subsequent reconciliations. So it seems that the global 'Automatic 
interest transfer' option in Preferences is redundant?

2. The Statement Date calendar pop-up window in the Reconcile 
Information window no longer responds to any mouse clicks. The only way 
to enter a statement date is to use the keyboard directly in the 
Statement Date text box. The same problem occurs in the Date calendar 
pop-up in the Interest payment window.

Running 2.2.4 on Windows XP.
