finance::quote under Windows

Hello,

I managed to install finance::quote one on an XP machine.
I took notes, but can't install it on a second machine.

I installed following packages on Perl Package manager
Date::Manip-5.44,
HTML::Parser-3.54,
Finance::Quote-1.11 and
Finance::QuoteHist-1.07.

But I can't manage to install libwww-perl-5.805

Can someone explain me how I can install a perl package that is not 
listed in the Perl Package manager ?
