similar sets of accounts

I absolutely agree that custom/saved reports should relate to the
accounts.

That makes sense. It is just a bit untidy at the moment as all reports
for all accounts will appear in the Custom menu; that necessitates
different names indicating which set of accounts a report relates to.

Combine this with the "similarly named reports bug"
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447339 and the menu will look
like a pig's breakfast!
