Default account for auto-interest payments

"Account I chose last time" is something we use at other places as well.
I rather wonder whether this needs to be a per-account setting and
written to the data file. Compared to the automatic credit card
payments which can be recognized as debits on the CC account, I do not
know how to reliably do the same for auto-interest payments.
An alternative would be to have a global gconf setting for the last
account used for auto-interest payments.
