Checks print with black bar in place of Payee name

It may very well be that internally, when the width and height 
parameters are given, the field is cropped and handled as a graphics 
item. You are then hit by http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=518052
If this is indeed the case then it means that eventually, because the 
bug is fixed in svn, this will start working again once GnuCash is 
compiled against a version of GTK that contains the fix.
