Invoices not showing up in Accounts Receivable

Hi Ben,

My first thought is are all your customers using the same currency? - IIRC, 
each customer/invoice has to use the same currency as the A/R account the 
invoice gets posted to.

I see the "select an account" issue on Linux, but a fairly old version of GC.
