New specification for Canadian cheques

No David, there is no capability there.
I can't find the way to print field descriptors under and the "Date" in front of date.
Am I missing something?

I'm guessing there wasn't any more discussion, because that capability  
has been in gnucash since then.

Edit > Preferences > (printing tab) > "Print date format"
