A/P billing terms problem

Hi All;

I'm having a problem getting A/P billing terms to work correctly with 
GnuCash 2.2.4 under Ubuntu Linux.

I've added a term with a 30 day due date, 14 discount days with a 3% 
discount. I've created a new bill and selected this as the terms but 
when I use the process payment UI it shows the undiscounted amount as due.

I've checked that the payment date is within the discount period from 
the post date.

Can anyone shed any light on what I'm doing wrong
