Migrating to Sage...

I can't help you with Sage, but I find that the quickbooks forums are a
great place to get this kind of information about QB. Perhaps there are
Sage forums where you can ask your question?
Later, once you have a list of formats to which Sage can export, you can
compare that to a list of formats that Gnucash can import.
