Order listing in account by "Transfer"? Select and modify multiple?

Hello,

Ok, that seems reasonable- but how do I do that?

I'm using GnuCash 1.8.11 (what was given to me by "fink install  
gnucash" on my mac), and attached is a snapshot of the UI that I'm  
seeing.
