Order listing in account by "Transfer"? Select and modify multiple?

Not sure how to handle this once the import is complete, but on your next
QIF import you could try using the importer's mapping pages. If you are
using version 2.2.6, you can select the "Unspecified" rows all at once, then
click "change gnucash account" and pick a different account.

The QIF importer remembers your mappings, so maybe. Depends on whether it is
exactly "keep the change" every time, or if there is some variation. Only
exact matches for payees or memos will do.
