Translating the manual

Hello all.

I love the manual/book that comes with GnuCash. I love it so much, I'd
like to translate it to
Norwegian for the next release. But first, I'd like to know if anyone
is working on it and if so,
how far they've come. Or if someone wants to join, please do reply.

Also, what's the best way to translate those documents in practice?
