Installing security update software

What OS/Distro are you using?  Those instructions are for Linux/Unix/Mac
but I suspect you're not using that, are you?  For Windows the Quote
Installer is packages in Start -> All Programs -> GnuCash -- and the
most recent GnuCash has the most recent quote grabber.
