As I said, this is a known issue with the current 2.2.9 DMG and Tiger.
The developer knows about the issue and plans to release an updated
package which should correct the problem. My understanding is that it
was built against the wrong SDK, using Leopard's SDK instead of Tiger's
SDK, which is why it wont run on Tiger right now.
