Need procedure to setup mysql for Gnucash in window

After analyzing the trace file I found that the problem is in my MySQL.
After re-installing MySQL I was able to create database in MySQL. However I
am not able to save any data into MySQL from GNUCash. Following are the
errors observed in Trace file of the GNUCash.

1. "DBI error: 1292: Incorrect datetime value: '19700101000000' for column
'timespec_val' at row 1"
2. "mktime failed to handle daylight saving: tm_hour=0 tm_year=70 tm_min=0
tm_sec=0 tm_isdst=-1 for string=1970-01-01 00:00:00"

I am not able to figure out how this issue can be resolved. Trace files are
attached for reference.
