No printer?

Sorry for not commenting on this earlier; I didn't recognize it as an OSX problem until it seeped into my head that James Wilde had asked for help with Finance:Quote on OSX.

Anyway, yes, it's correct that Gnucash can't see the Mac's printers. It's because Gnucash depends on Gnome Desktop for printer configuration, and that's not part of the Gnucash.app bundle. 

Good job working out the work-around. I've updated the Readme pages in the Wiki to add this as a "Known Problem".
