Can I setup GnuCash automatically categorize

Hi John, thanks for your response. 

That does not seem to be the case for me, I'm importing monthly qfx files and it doesn't seem to remember. I wonder if I set something up wrong?

If you can contrive to import in two batches, Gnucash will remember your account selections from the first batch for the second.
