Can't change business phone number

Further  information.  I found that a new file/account properties could be 
changed OK except for the FancyDateFormat.  Since my account is set to ISO 
date format I tried to set a test account to ISO data format with an immediate 
crash on Apply or OK.  Setting FancyDateFormat back to locale was not possible 
Testing with version 2.2.5  (Built 2008-04-29 from r17141M) revealed no 
issues.
