Hi,

Something along the lines of "Windows Menu" -> All programs -> gnucash -> 
Install online price retrieval.

Possibly, you have to install ActivePERL first.  this is all explained in 
greater detail at http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Windows#Finance::Quote
