Invoices are "just" transactions, but the way they're created by the
business engine is special.

The scheduled transaction engine can create the transaction part of the
invoices, as you've seen, but it doesn't know how to properly and fully
create actual invoices.

Ideally the app should prevent you from trying this, but it does not.
