excess whitespace at top of reports

Does this happen for you with the version of gnucash that ships with
Fedora itself?  If so, could you file a bug report with Fedora?
This is looking like a Fedora-10 issue specifically.  Gentoo,
with the same version of gtkhtml, does not have this issue.  But if
it happens with Fedora's GnuCash then we can file a bug report and
get it solved quicker.
