gnc-register protocol?

Sorry, accidentally sent this only to the OP:

What address exactly are you trying to open in Firefox/Konqueror? If it's an
HTML page, it should start with http:// or file://. If you're trying to open
a Gnucash report, you'd have to export the report as an HTML file first.
