excess whitespace at top of reports

I think this might be an issue on Fedora 10.
I find it odd, because the same gtkhtml version on gentoo works perfectly.
But all of us with issues are on Fedora.

can someone who's running Fedora's 2.2.8 RPM and sees this
problem file a bug report with them?
