I used to use Quicken 2001 in Windoze and need to know about zeroing

Not in one operation, but you can do it in two:
1) File -> Export -> Export Accounts [ save to new file ]
2) File -> Open [ open new file ]
Note that this will ONLY copy your CoA and necessary commodities.
It will NOT copy any business objects or other configuration settings.
