multiple payees

I am having trouble figuring out how to configure payments to multiple individuals.  We have commission-only payees for sales and there are at least 3 or 4 payees (sometimes more) from the profit on a transaction after costs are deducted.  The payees can, and usually do, vary on each transaction.  Can someone point me in the right direction for this?
