Yes, certainly. 
 
The transaction is imported with the correct date. Also
after saving the application shows the right date. However
after closing GnuCash and starting it again. The date is not
correct anymore (7th instead of 8th).
 
I simplified the transaction and the account structure to
the bare minimum.
