I recently ran into this exact issue.  I was under the impression that 
GC had it's own frontend.  My online banking was already set up so I 
combiled aqbanking w/ out QT.  Online banking still worked fine but when 
I went to add an account at a later date.. woops.. no QT frontent for 
the Wizard any longer.  My opinion is to keep the QT frontend if you're 
installing GC.
