I fixed this bug ages ago.  I thought I had submitted the patch, but I 
couldn't find it.  It's on 
<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=568945> now.  Gnucash needs 
to look for the reciprocal of the exchange rate it needs if it can't 
find the one it's looking for.
