How to customize Invoice for printing

While I found the edit style sheet info in the help files all I can find is a
"wizard" to change colors and include a logo but nothing about how to add my
company return address or edit the size and location of the logo etc.
Currently the logo appears way to the left as if in another column of it's
own.

How can I preview the changes?

Also it only saves as an HTML.  

Is there an option available to print to a PDF?
