Multiple accounts with same number at the same bank.

The "Match Online Banking accounts with GnuCash accounts" window has the 3
OFX accounts linked to separate gnucash accounts like this:
OFX account                              GNUCash account
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Account number X (code A)         Savings
Account number X (code A)         Checking
Account number X (code A)         HELOC

One thing to note is that the same name is listed under the OFX accounts.
The only difference in these accounts is their types (savings, checking and
credit card, respectively). However, since it does not show that distinction
in this window..that might be something to research.
