UK. VAT return

Hi Paddy,

Whilst I am not a farmer (or an accountant, for that matter!), I have 
completed about 5 years worth of VAT returns using gnucash for my business, 
so if you still want a bit of a hand, I might be able to explain how I have 
dealt with things in the past.
