account/xfer assignment upon OFX import?

I wasn't aware of this Bayesian matching feature.  It doesn't show
up in any of the import dialogs, not did I see it in the user's
manual. :/

I just now found it in under the 'Preferences'.  Thanks for the
pointer!  Hopefully, it will help me along...
