It was related to the OpenSSL license issue. Aqbanking has recently  
removed any dependence on OpenSSL, specifically to avoid the issues  
that cropped up with Debian. I haven't been keeping track carefully,  
so I'm not certain which version of aqbanking accomplished the switch.
