How to print accounts list? Start Balance?

One of the fastest ways to set up a company with GC is to post a large
journal entry using the last trial balance for the company such as 12/31.
Adjust those balances for any outstanding bank activity, payables and
receivables. Post those outstanding items with their original date and
detail so that you arrive at the trial balance for 12/31.

Using Opening equity is an option but if you have information from a
previous accounting system or tax return then you should use it.
