For cash accounts, use Equity:Opening Balances (I don't know the Spanish
equivalent). Equity is a top-level account with the placeholder option
checked, and account type of 'Equity'. Opening Balances has Equity as
its parent. It is excluded from reports such as Balance Sheet and
Income/Expense.

With that account set up, you can load the initial balances, with
Opening Balances on one side and the relevant account on the other
(remember to take account of signs, and whether the target account is an
asset or a liability ;).

I don't know how to load shares correctly using the Opening Balances
account.
