Except there's other software she uses that she needs, and she's
familiar with MSWindows.

Unfortunately, that's the way it is sometimes...believe me, if that
was an option, I'd have done it.  Years ago.

Since it's not, I'm faced with a problem in the software to which I
need to find a solution.  I'm not even sure how many Windows users
have this problem :-/
